The subject of the study is the current trends in the correlation of international, European and national legal systems and regimes. The goal is to study the current trends in the correlation of international, European and national legal systems and regimes, to establish the features, directions and results of their mutual influence. A theoretical justification of the features of law enforcement at the current stage of development of international and European law has been carried out. Regulations of interaction of norms of international, European and national legal systems and regimes have been identified. An effective model of the development of the national legal system under the influence of norms of modern international and European law has been developed. The results should be taken into account when implementing legislative activities aimed at adapting national legislation in accordance with international and European standards. Scope of application – the results obtained can be used in: scientific and research sphere – theoretical provisions of the work, aimed at establishing and clarifying the content of certain concepts and categories for their more effective use, can be the basis for further research into the problems of developing the national legal system and improving the legal regulation of the activities of state executive bodies and local self-government of our state under the influence of the norms of modern international and European law; educational process – for training specialists in the education system: in teaching students of higher legal educational institutions a number of new academic disciplines.
