This work aims to determine the influence of laser processing parameters on phase-structural transformations in the surface layer of a biomedical alloy manufactured using additive technologies. Additionally, the aim is to develop a virtual laboratory practical and integrate it into the educational process. Research Methods: optical and electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, microhardness measurements, X-ray diffraction studies, tribological tests, computer modeling. This work describes the microstructure, phase state, and tribological characteristics of a biomedical titanium alloy manufactured by LPBF-printing and subjected to laser processing. The influence of laser processing parameters on the hardness and wear resistance of the alloy during tests in a body fluid simulant was determined. The importance and relevance of developing and utilizing virtual laboratory work in physics within the educational process are demonstrated. The development of a virtual laboratory work in nuclear physics is also described, which allows for the determination of the absorption coefficient of a material depending on its type and thickness.
