The object of the study is the process of developing methodological support for managing socio-ecological systems, while the subject is its theoretical and methodological principles. The aim is to conduct a systematic study, assess the theoretical foundations, and develop key principles for methodological support in managing socio-ecological systems in the digital economy. The research tasks include analyzing the methodological support for managing socio-ecological systems in the digital economy; improving statistical methods for assessing their state and development; developing information and accounting support for management; and formulating recommendations for implementing analytical approaches and digital technologies. Modern management methods were analyzed with a focus on their adaptation to the Ukrainian economy. Classical efficiency analysis methods (SWOT, PESTEL) were applied, along with innovative approaches, including machine learning and Big Data. The research results include a methodology for optimizing business process analysis, a system of indicators for assessing the level of enterprise digitalization, and approaches to accounting for ecological activities. Recommendations were developed for implementing digital technologies in business analytics, accounting, and taxation, as well as for organizing digital accounting in the public sector.
