The purpose of the study - The improving the quality of diagnosis, treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of the most common diseases among the population of Dnipro city and Dnipropetrovsk region with the use of clinical and laboratory markers. Research methods: analytical (search for statistical data, review of medical literary sources), methods of clinical, functional and laboratory diagnostics, empirical - surveys, statistical (standard package of Microsoft Excel, STATISTICA). Scientific value: differences in the spectra of sensitivity to antibiotics of strains of human disease pathogens are shown, which indicates the necessity of individualizing approaches to the appointment of therapy; defined immunological diagnostic criteria for the activity of chronic pancreatitis; the risk groups of the occurrence and development of civilization diseases are determined and the dominant risk factors are substantiated; the gender characteristics of lipid metabolism disorders and the prevalence of certain classes of dyslipidemias in coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes were determined, the effectiveness of a two-stage physical rehabilitation program using kinesiotherapy in the acute period of ischemic stroke was proven; the leading risk factors for the development of anxiety and depression and the influence of certain behavioral factors on the maintenance of mental health among medical workers in the conditions of martial law are determined; a method of NPWT (Negative pressure wound therapy) effect on the intended donor area is proposed to improve microcirculation in perforating flaps.
