The object of the study is the activity of Alfa-Zemproekt PE in the field of land management and design, in particular its innovative development. The subject of the study is theoretical provisions, methodological approaches to assessing the innovative potential of the enterprise, mechanisms for its implementation and tools for attracting investment in the development of innovative projects. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical provisions and methodological support for assessing the innovation potential of Alfa-Zemproekt PE. Section 1 contains the theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the innovation potential of an enterprise. The essence, components and structure of innovation potential, as well as the main methods of its assessment are considered. Special attention is paid to the relationship between investment and innovation activity as factors of enterprise development. Section 2 is devoted to the analysis of the innovation potential of a particular enterprise - PE “Alfa-Zemproekt”. The general characteristics of the enterprise, analysis of its financial and economic condition, and assessment of the existing innovation potential with the identification of its main strengths and weaknesses are provided. Section 3 focuses on the development of an investment project for the development of the innovative potential of Alfa-Zemproekt PE. The concept, goals, and objectives of the project are presented, the necessary resources are substantiated, financial calculations are made, and the expected results and efficiency of investment realization are determined. Both general scientific and special methods of analysis were used in the research process.
