The restoration of the national economy after the war, the creation of appropriate conditions not only for survival, but also for ensuring a decent quality of life requires considerable amounts of work on new construction and reconstruction of existing real estate. In turn, this causes a significant increase in demand for design and scientific and design work, and therefore requires the fastest possible resolution of issues of determining their cost. To eliminate the destructive consequences of a full-scale invasion of a terrorist country, competent determination of the cost of construction and design becomes particularly relevant, since in a fairly short period of time it is necessary to fully satisfy the economic interests of both parties: both the customer and the contractor, while simultaneously preventing excessive construction costs and ensuring proper remuneration for quality work. The scientific solution of the above problems requires appropriate theoretical developments and methods, their practical application. The work is devoted to the economic, managerial and organizational principles of the formation of the cost of construction at different stages of the life cycle of the building. And also covers the issue of increasing the efficiency of the operational activities of design enterprises by improving theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the cost of design work.
