The subject of the study is the strategies for implementing innovative approaches at the enterprises of Ukraine, obstacles and opportunities for the recovery of the economy of Ukraine in the post-war period. The purpose of the work is to study the impact of innovative approaches to the recovery of the economy of Ukraine in the post-war period, to develop optimal strategies for enterprises in this context. Research methods: in the process of scientific research, analytical and statistical methods were used - for a comprehensive study of the object of research. The information basis of the research is legislative and regulatory acts, agreements, data from international organizations, materials of own observations of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine, materials of scientific periodicals, Internet resources. The scientific novelty of the work lies in a comprehensive analysis of innovative approaches to training personnel at state-owned enterprises in Ukraine. The integration of new learning technologies, such as virtual and augmented reality, which increase the efficiency of the educational process, is proposed. A concept for adapting training programs to the needs of the labor market through cooperation between enterprises and educational institutions has been developed. A professional development indicator has been introduced to assess the effectiveness of the coaching approach to personnel management, which allows systematizing and quantifying the level of development of employees' professional competencies. A transition to a new economic matrix based on the principles of deep transformation has been proposed, which can become the basis for forming a new agenda for economic growth and recovery in Ukraine.
