The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of innovative approaches to managing the activities of business entities, aimed at ensuring their adaptation, sustainability and competitive development in the context of the military economy and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Research methods: the methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach that provides general scientific and special methods. To clarify the conceptual apparatus and form theoretical provisions, the abstract-logical method and the method of theoretical generalization were used. Using the methods of analysis and synthesis, the structure and interrelationships of the elements of innovative management were determined. Economic and statistical analysis was used to assess the dynamics of the development of business entities and substantiate the conclusions. The information basis of the research is legislative and regulatory acts, agreements, information from international organizations, materials from surveys of the management of innovative activity of individual business entities at different levels, materials from scientific periodicals, and Internet resources. The novelty of the obtained results is determined by the targeted solution of the scientific and practical task of developing innovative approaches to managing the activities of business entities that integrate anti-crisis imperatives and strategic advantages of Ukraine's development in conditions of war and military reconstruction.
