Objective: a comprehensive analysis of the processes, challenges, opportunities and prospects for the integration of the financial and credit sector of Ukraine into the European Space, with special emphasis on the impact and role of digital transformation on these processes. The paper uses a complex of general scientific and Special Research Methods, in particular: system analysis; statistical analysis; Comparative Analysis; Analysis and synthesis; modeling; analysis of normative legal acts and scientific publications; generalization. The research work comprehensively examines topical issues of integration of the financial and credit sphere of Ukraine into the European Economic Area, focusing on the challenges, opportunities and key role of digital transformation. Global trends in investment attractiveness of the FinTech sector and its individual segments are analyzed. The features of transformation of business processes of industrial enterprises under the influence of digitalization, including the formation of value in the digital environment, are considered. The main obstacles to the integration of the financial sector of Ukraine are identified, such as the need to adapt national legislation to EU norms, institutional challenges, as well as the complication of the socio-economic situation. The article analyzes in detail the fiscal stability of Ukraine, the dynamics of public debt, budget deficit and inflation, and emphasizes the importance of medium-term budget planning for compliance with European fiscal requirements. The prospects for European integration through further digitalization of the financial and credit sector are outlined, in particular, the development of Open Banking, the introduction of e-hryvnia and integration into the SEPA zone.
