As a result of the study, the high efficiency of the presented methods in increasing the accuracy of measurements was established. It is proven that the equation of redundant measurements ensures the independence of the measurement result from the parameters of the sensor conversion function and their deviations from the nominal values. In particular, it was established that changing the parameters of the transformation function under the influence of external destabilizing factors by (1 ÷ 10)% does not affect the result of redundant measurements. This allows us to state that the proposed mathematical model of the presented method corresponds to the obtained results of computer modeling. The influence of the values of normalized temperatures T0 and T on the measurement result over the entire range of measured temperatures was considered. It was established that the value of the normalized value T0 has a greater influence on the result of redundant measurements and is almost not affected by the value of T, while the best results in terms of accuracy were obtained at values of T0 below –130 °C. Based on the proposed mathematical models, block diagrams of algorithms for redundant measurements were presented. A computer program was developed to process the results of redundant measurements for the polynomial sensor transformation function without the need for its additional linearization. Varying the values of normalized temperatures in the program allowed us to investigate their influence on the relative measurement error. Thus, the computer program demonstrated high efficiency in modeling and analyzing the redundant measurement method for the polynomial FT of the sensor.
