The research was conducted for the deposit in the Depository of the Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine of strains that are planned in Ukraine for introduction into the external environment as a component of a biological product and/or are the object of an invention. The strains are deposited in accordance with the "Instructions on the procedure for depositing in Ukraine strains of microorganisms for the purpose of carrying out the patent procedure" and the "Procedure for conducting state tests, state registration and re-registration, publication of lists of pesticides and agrochemicals permitted for use in Ukraine", "Procedure for conducting ecological and expert assessment of materials submitted for registration of pesticides and agrochemicals" as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1076 dated 23.10.2019. The object of the research is strains of microorganisms provided by the customer. The task of the work is to conduct the deposit procedure, study the biological properties of the strains. Namely, receipt of documentation and strains, registration of cultures, expert assessment of documentation on strains, preparation of appropriate nutrient media, passage of cultures, establishment of their viability, study of macro- and microcharacteristics of strains, establishment of microbiological purity, study of its virulence, preparation for lyophilization and lyophilization of strains, storage and control of culture viability after freeze-drying. Research methods - accepted in microbiology. As a result, the morphological and cultural properties of strains were studied and analyzed, their microbiological purity and non-virulence were established. Cultures were lyophilized and deposited.
