The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of studying and assessing the state of bioobjects (bioprocesses) through their simulation computer modeling and further forecasting their state, which will ensure the effectiveness of diagnostics as a procedure for assessing the state of human health. The purpose of the research is to create theoretical foundations, information and technical support for the development of technologies for computer modeling of bioobjects (processes) to increase the reliability of decision-making, restore the functions of bioobjects and predict their state. The work investigated: - modern problems of intelligent technologies of computer modeling in medical diagnostics, principles of computer modeling in biomedicine, main problems in the process of computer modeling; - methods of formalization and types of mathematical models for automating the processes of processing parameters and data obtained as a result of research on biomedical objects, modern technologies of mathematical and simulation modeling of the functions of bioobjects and bioprocesses; - systemic aspects of creating medical engineering systems, methods of identifying links of biomedical and biotechnical systems, features of constructing the structure of ergatic diagnostic biomedical (biotechnical) systems, equivalent mathematical models of a person as an element of an ergatic diagnostic biomedical system.
