Object of the research – the processes of forming security-oriented enterprise management systems aimed at preserving and developing the innovation potential of enterprises to ensure economic growth during wartime and the post-war period. Purpose of the study – to develop approaches for the balanced development of the structural components of innovation potential in order to ensure a stable level of competitiveness, flexibility, and adaptability of economic entities under conditions of high uncertainty in the external environment. Research methods – content analysis of information and scientific resources, systems analysis, expert evaluation methods, analysis and synthesis, modeling. Recommendations were developed to support the formation of business process management systems in enterprises that integrate the security component as a priority under conditions of instability caused by war.
