Object of the research – the processes of forming security-oriented enterprise management systems aimed at preserving and developing the innovation potential of enterprises to ensure economic growth during wartime and the post-war period. Purpose of the study – to develop approaches for the balanced development of the structural components of innovation potential in order to ensure a stable level of competitiveness, flexibility, and adaptability of economic entities under conditions of high uncertainty in the external environment. Research methods – content analysis of information and scientific resources, systems analysis, expert evaluation methods, analysis and synthesis, modeling. Recommendations were developed to support the formation of business process management systems in enterprises that integrate the security component as a priority under conditions of instability caused by war. A mechanism for developing a policy for enhancing the innovation potential of enterprises in wartime and the post-war period was proposed. Directions were outlined for forming security-oriented management systems that address wartime and post-war challenges in the business environment under the influence of Industry 4.0. The study emphasizes the development of human capital to build a set of competencies aligned with the demands of Industry 4.0. Strategic guidelines were substantiated for restoring economic security of enterprises. The resource needs for implementing security-oriented business process management at both the micro and macro levels of economic systems were clarified, aimed at supporting national post-war recovery efforts and addressing the impact of destabilizing factors in the external and internal environments.
