This initiative is aimed at developing a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship at the university, which will contribute to economic growth and technological progress in Vinnytsia region and beyond popup.description2  A detailed training program for students at the Startup School "Vinnytsia Challenge" for 2025 has been completed and published on the website of the Startup School. The Advisory Board of the School of Startups "Vinnytsia Challenge" was formed on the basis of VNTU, which included industry experts, successful entrepreneurs and scientific leaders. A preparatory advertising campaign was carried out and the opening of a new season of training at the School of Startups on 19.03.2025. 70 participants are registered. From 19.03.25 to the present, classes are held under the guidance of leading experts, mentors and investors. Classes at the School are conducted according to the approved training program. The analysis of the innovation potential of VNTU is carried out. Vinnytsia National Technical University won the prestigious competition in the thematic nomination "Development of innovative potential of educational institutions". Within the framework of this competition, VNTU presented a competitive work on the topic "Development of VNTU innovation potential on the basis of the Vinnytsia Challenge Startup School: Experience of ten years of work". The winner of the competition was Kvyetnyy R.N., Baraban S.V., Baraban M.V., Garmash V.V., Kotsiubynskyi V.Y., who presented a detailed analysis of the development of the innovation ecosystem of the university, the basis of which was the Startup School "Vinnytsia Challenge" of VNTU, which is part of the All-Ukrainian innovation ecosystem Sikorsky Challenge Ukraine. As part of the work, a new competition of ideas for IT Startups IT IDEA BATTLE was launched and organized, which was extended to the whole of Ukraine At the expense of VNTU, the repair and re-equipment of the consulting center for the School of Startups, which will be equipped with equipment purchased within the framework of this project, was organized.
