 The newly developed technological methods of surgical treatment involved: the implantation of expanders into specific tissue layers to preserve the vascular network in future flaps being formed; the creation of combined flaps by incorporating a key nourishing vessel and additional tissues with vascular networks of their perforating vessels, which enhances vascularization and increases the number of vascular anastomoses between vessels from different perforasomes or angiosomes; the formation of flaps shaped according to the defect; the transfer of the obtained flaps while maintaining blood supply and innervation; and the closure of the donor site with the remaining stretched tissues to improve the cosmetic outcome of the intervention.
