Subject of the research - evaluation of a professional development program for psychologists and social workers in terms of its compliance with organizational-methodological and socio-psychological scientific concepts and tools (methods) of psychological analysis. The research resulted in the development, evaluation, and pilot implementation of a professional development program aimed at psychologists and social workers working with vulnerable populations, including individuals affected by stress, crisis, or extreme conditions who require psychosocial support. The program aligns with contemporary approaches in clinical and psychoanalytic psychology, consists of 1500 academic hours, and includes modules on object relations theory, narcissism, psychoanalysis of borderline and depressive disorders, psychosomatic conditions, as well as psychoanalytic work with children, couples, and psychotic patients. It also covers interview techniques, termination strategies, and practical tools. The program and its materials were reviewed by psychoanalysis experts. The novelty of the study lies in integrating the psychoanalytic approach into training models for professionals in the psychosocial field under war-related challenges. The program addresses interdisciplinary contexts, ethical principles, and individualized client care. It has been implemented in a certified university course, with plans for further expansion, particularly in training crisis and emergency psychologists and social workers. The results strengthen the human capacity of Ukraine’s psychosocial support system under martial law. Product Description popup.authors Brynza Iryna V. Vdovichenko Oksana V. Kazanzhy Mariia Y.
