Purpose of the work: optimization of the technological process of anodic dissolution of the BrB2 alloy based on the determination of the kinetic parameters of the process; assessment of the influence of electrolysis parameters on the chemical composition, structure, surface morphology and physico-mechanical properties of coatings with ternary CoNiZr alloys; study of the physico-chemical properties of the regeneration processes of spent sulfate copper-zinc solutions using reagent methods - crystallization, cementation and precipitation; justification of the possibility of using oxidized carbon sorbents for purification of contaminated water from Cu(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Mn(II) compounds. Research methods: gravimetric, atomic absorption, X-ray fluorescence, chromatographic, electrodeposition of alloys in pulsed mode, electron probe microanalysis, IR spectroscopy, rotating disk electrode method, Brinell hardness determination method. The technological process of etching beryllium bronze was optimized based on the results of the study of the etching rate of BrB2, its change in time, the selectivity of dissolution of alloy components and complexation processes. The compositions of electrolyte solutions were proposed, which provide high-speed, long-term chemical etching, with a high capacity for the components of the BrB2 alloy.
