The purpose of the work is to study the problems of achieving a safe level of socio-economic development, to develop a model of social development taking into account the ecological, social and economic components, to determine the prospects for the development of Ukraine in the context of globalization. Research methods. To achieve the set goal, a set of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge was used, in particular: abstract-logical; dialectical, historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the country's socio-economic development and the real problems of the Ukrainian economy were studied using the proposed methodological approach, which is based on the following components: macroeconomic, financial, investment and innovation, production, foreign economic, social and food security. This allowed us to form an idea of ​​the nature of the impact of the war on the economic security of Ukraine. It was proposed to implement a number of strategic measures: to strengthen the domestic raw material base by supporting agricultural producers and stimulating local production; to modernize the logistics infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted food supplies to all regions, including front-line territories; financial support to enterprises in the industry. The strategic factors of influence on employment in the domestic agricultural sector were substantiated, which is primarily due to the immobility of certain agricultural resources. Key trends in the digitalization of the financial sector were identified, especially the strengthening of the role of non-cash forms of payments as an indicator of structural modernization of the economy.
