In the process of implementation, it is planned to develop proposals regarding possible mechanisms: the creation of a Special Criminal Tribunal to prosecute senior officials of the Russian Federation for the crime of aggression against Ukraine; prosecution of persons who have committed international crimes (crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide) within the framework of the International Criminal Court; means and forms of material compensation by Russia for damages caused to Ukraine as a result of armed aggression, as well as protection of Ukraine's interests in other international courts and international organizations popup.description2 Object of research: international legal relations of post-conflict settlement, which arise as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to develop scientifically substantiated proposals on international legal means and forms of compensation for the losses caused by Russia to Ukraine as a result of armed aggression, as well as bringing to criminal liability within the framework of international criminal and national justice persons who committed international crimes (aggression, crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide). Research methods: dialectical; comparative law; historical and legal; analysis and synthesis, modeling; formal and dogmatic. Results obtained. In the process of implementation, develop proposals on possible mechanisms: on bringing to responsibility senior officials of the Russian Federation for the crime of aggression against Ukraine; bringing persons who committed international crimes (crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide) within the framework of the International Criminal Court; means and forms, as well as protection of Ukraine's interests in other international courts and international organizations. The scientific, methodological and practical results obtained in the work can be used in practice by the authorities of Ukraine to protect Ukraine's interests in relevant international courts and international organizations.
