TensorFlow, TensorRT, Triton software was installed to work with machine learning models. Dynamic kidney studies were processed. An array of functional curves was created. An algorithm for classifying dynamic kidney studies was created to determine violations of their function. The algorithm is based on the analysis of dynamic curves from areas of interest corresponding to functional organs and systems. It performs clustering of studies according to the features of functional curves. The trained neural network is deployed in the Triton docker.
