The aim of the study is to develop an economically efficient, environmentally safe, and socially oriented model for managing waste generated during military actions in Ukraine. The research employs the following methods: the dialectical method, the causal method, as well as systemic and structural-functional approaches to understanding the nature of economic phenomena and processes, along with the method of scientific abstraction. A significant amount of statistical data is analyzed in the study using methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization. Inductive and deductive generalizations of statistical data are conducted in accordance with the principles of representativeness, validity, and relevance. The model is developed based on various waste management scenarios. The analysis of the environmental impact of waste is carried out using environmental monitoring methods and eco-economic analysis, as well as an examination of the influence of economic incentives on enhancing the waste management process.
