With the help of a complex method using chromatography, investigation of the propensity of specified coal beds to spontaneous combustion was carried out. It is established that coal of coalbeds с5, с9, с10в and с11 of mine "named after the Heroes of Space" is not dangerous for spontaneous combustion.
