The purpose of the work is the development of measures for targeted regulation of the properties of cement concrete due to the use of freshly forged crushed stone of various origins and asphalt concrete due to the use of fine aggregate of various types, slaked lime and different amounts of additives of old asphalt concrete. Improvement of quality assessment methods, namely: justification of replacement in regulatory documents of thermal sensitivity of petroleum bitumens according to penetration and thermal sensitivity according to shear resistance; study of the long-term strength of petroleum bitumen during vitrification; establishing the combined effect of freezing-thawing and salt on the durability of asphalt concrete and taking into account the influence of the frost-salt environment on the properties of road cement concrete.

The object of the study is road concrete based on mineral and organic binders. The purpose of the work is to develop measures for the targeted regulation of the properties of cement concretes through the use of freshly mixed crushed stone of various genesis and asphalt concretes through the use of fine aggregate of various types, hydrated lime and various amounts of old asphalt concrete additives. Improving quality assessment methods, namely: substantiation of the replacement in regulatory documents of the thermal sensitivity of petroleum bitumens by penetration and thermal sensitivity by shear resistance; study of the long-term strength of petroleum bitumen during vitrification; establishment of the combined effect of freezing-thawing and salt on the durability of asphalt concrete and taking into account the effect of the frost-salt environment on the properties of road cement concrete.
