In particular, a conceptual model of the intellectual structure of research on business sustainability was created, based on the analysis of a large array of publications using a combination of quantitative bibliometric tools. The results contribute to the development of fundamental principles of the concept of business sustainability in Ukrainian scientific thought and to the advancement of scientific debates regarding the vectors (projections) of organizational sustainable development during full-scale war and the urgent needs of business recovery. The methodological principles for modeling the trajectory of sustainable development in enterprises were enhanced, utilizing multidimensional scaling tools according to the criteria of “level of sustainable development of the organization” and “level of digital transformation of the organization”. This method enables organizations to simultaneously track their sustainable development trajectory and their alignment with or distance from stakeholder expectations. This toolkit is beneficial for relevant ministries and departments, as it can be applied at the macro level to monitor Ukraine's progress in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The concept of “sustainable leadership” is presented as a practical management tool for implementing and maintaining the sustainable development of domestic organizations. A new instrumental and applied method for assessing sustainable leadership practices has been developed. This method allows for the simultaneous identification of the most effective practices for the sustainable development of organizations. In addition, it takes into account financial performance, adherence to ESG principles, stakeholder expectations, and the challenges faced during the recovery of the Ukrainian economy.
