The effectiveness of citizen engagement in implementing projects and ensuring communication between the authorities, the public and business has been confirmed: The novelty is the creation of an information platform for problematic discourse through the organisation of an open dialogue on alternatives to political sectoral perspectives aimed at solving the city's problems and achieving the priority parameters of Kyiv's community development based on effective tools for diagnosing current and future community needs, which are labelled as priority and relevant indicators of city development. The results of such social interventions will allow to assess the spheres of city life, take corrective measures and achieve the planned results of Kyiv development.
