The purpose of the examination: to determine the causes of the technological incident (accident) of 08/17/2020 with the drill string during the construction of the well Well No. 77 of the Semirenkivske field belongs to ultra-deep wells of a high level of complexity. The shaft in the area of the technological incident is complicated by gutters and caverns. The section is represented by thin-layered, compacted rocks, the drilling of which required additional loads on the bit and BHA. At the time of the accident, the broken threaded connections were located in the intervals of the most intense set of curvature, which also, both separately and in combination with the above factors, indirectly influenced the increase in loads at critical points and contributed to the creation of conditions that led to the breakage.
