The object of the study is the readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for offensive actions. The subject of the study is the psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for offensive actions. The purpose of the study is to develop a psychological toolkit for assessing and increasing the level of psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for offensive actions. Research objectives: to conduct a theoretical analysis of the content and structure of the psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for offensive actions; to develop a methodology for assessing the psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for offensive actions; to develop a program for developing the psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for offensive actions. Research methods. In accordance with the tasks set, the following scientific methods were used in the study: theoretical - analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, systematization of the source base; empirical - the method of expert assessments, observation, conversation, interview, questionnaire, testing; statistical - the method of descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, comparative analysis (in particular, the Mann-Whitney U-criterion), as well as the method of hierarchy analysis proposed by Thomas Saati.
