The subject of the research is intelligent methods, models and information technologies for structural-parametric optimization of fuzzy computer control systems and decision-making support. The purpose of the work is to create intelligent control and decision-making systems with robust properties for the automation of complex dynamic objects and processes with the provision of their specified technological indicators by developing new and improving existing methods, models and information technologies of structural-parametric synthesis and optimization. The scientific and technical problem of creating new and improving existing methods, models and information technologies of optimization-oriented synthesis, which will allow developing highly efficient intelligent fuzzy-logical automatic control systems and decision-making support systems used for the automation of complex dynamic objects in various fields of human activity, has been solved. The most important scientific results obtained during the work are the following: simulation models of combined and hybrid fuzzy control systems; multi-agent methods and IT for parametric optimization of fuzzy systems; intelligent methods and IT for optimization-oriented synthesis of rule bases of fuzzy systems with an optimal vector of consequences and a minimum number of rules; criteria for quantitative assessment of optimization-oriented dimensionality and efficiency of methods for synthesizing rule bases of fuzzy systems; methods and IT for structural optimization of fuzzy systems by the number of linguistic terms and by the types of their membership functions; bioinspired methods for complex structural-parametric synthesis of fuzzy control and decision support systems.
