The relevance of the topic is due to the rapid digitalization of the tourism sector, the growth of information volumes, the need for effective data management, risks and adaptation to dynamic market conditions. The study presents the theoretical foundations of building the information space of an integrated corporate system (ICS). The processes of extraction, formalization and structuring of knowledge from text sources, the construction of ontologies and semantic relationships between entities of the subject area are considered in detail. A conceptual model of business knowledge representation based on hyponymic relations is developed. A simulation model of warehouse inventory management under uncertainty is proposed, which allows optimizing logistics processes, assessing the profitability of the system and making effective decisions regarding the volume of goods supplied. The model takes into account the randomness of demand, service duration and queue parameters. Separately, the possibilities of using the Analytical Hierarchy Method (AHP) as a tool to support management decision-making in situations where quantitative information is absent or insufficient are considered. The method allows comparing criteria based on expert assessments and building a substantiated system of priorities. Considerable attention is paid to risk assessment in managing the development of IT companies. A risk analysis model is proposed taking into account the level of losses, the probability of events occurring, and the strategic importance of factors. This approach allows increasing the resilience of companies to external threats and supporting the process of digital transformation.
