The purpose of the work: to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system, namely knee, hip joints, fractures of tubular bones, by improving existing and developing new diagnostic algorithms and surgical intervention technologies, developing new materials and methods of their use in reconstructive traumatology and prosthetics. Research methods and equipment: theoretical research methods: systematic approach and conceptual modeling. Clinical research methods: biomechanical modeling, clinical observations, X-ray, magnetic resonance imaging, statistical methods, histological and biochemical research methods. The toxicological effect of magnesium alloy resorption products on the body was determined, and a biochemical study of the metabolic parameters of experimental animals and the toxic effects of alloy biodegradation products was also conducted. A series of studies was conducted and morphological features of the effect of bioresorbable material, its bactericidal activity were studied. A morphological study of the regenerative process of the joint capsule with a propylene mesh was carried out, as a result of mathematical modeling, the strength and rigidity of the hip joint capsule defect restoration using the proposed method was proved. The effectiveness of the method has been clinically proven. The method of radiofrequency neuroablation of sensory branches in the area of surgical intervention for pain relief in patients undergoing knee arthroplasty has been developed. the efficiency of using the radio frequency method is determined. Methods of prevention of complications of radiofrequency neuroablation for pain relief of the knee joint have been developed.
