Modern research methods are used in the work, namely organic synthesis, chemical, physicochemical methods of analysis (NMR, mass, UV, IR, spectroscopy, potentiometry, chromatography, etc.), biological research, computer modeling of processes. Methods of synthesis of starting 1,5-binucleophiles, namely [2-(3-(R-)-1H-[1,2,4]-triazol-5-yl)phenyl] amines have been developed; methods of synthesis of starting 1,5-binucleophiles, 2-cycloalkyl-(hetaryl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c] quinazolines were developed; studies on the influence of the nature of 1,2-dielectrophilic reagents on the process of cyclocondensation with substituted 4-hydrazinoquinazolines and quantum chemical calculations of complexes formed by L-apginine, 3-methyl-1,2,4-triazolyl-5-thioacetate (MTTA) and morpholine; carbamazepine and thiotriazoline; L-tryptophan with thiotriazoline were conducted; the selection of auxiliary substances was carried out in order to obtain tablets based on L-apginine with thiotriazoline, carbamazepine with thiotriazoline and L-tryptophan with thiotriazoline by the method of wet granulation, standardization methods were developed, the "Dissolution" test of "Carbatril" tablets was determined, the method of determining thiotriazoline was validated and carbamazepine and methods for determining accompanying impurities in thiotriazoline and carbamazepine tablets by HPLC; optimal conditions for   Product Description popup.authors Avramenko Mykola O.
