The practical significance of the research work will be to develop practical recommendations on strategies for adapting enterprises to globalization and uncertainty and will include advice on market selection, risk management, innovation, and competitiveness. The developed theoretical and methodological approaches will serve as a basis for improving enterprise management systems, taking into account the specifics of the modern environment. The developed theoretical provisions will allow to provide consulting services to enterprises to adapt to changes in the external environment and will be used to develop more effective public policy aimed at supporting entrepreneurship and ensuring sustainable economic development in the context of globalization. The results of the study will be used to develop training courses and programs for students of economic specialties, as well as to improve the skills of managers and executives of enterprises. popup.description2  The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop practical approaches to ensuring the effective functioning of enterprises under conditions of globalization and high external uncertainty by integrating innovations, enhancing economic security, implementing a controlling system, and forming sustainable models of interaction with educational and scientific stakeholders. The object of the research is enterprises under the conditions of globalization transformations. The subject of the research is the theoretical and practical aspects of enterprise functioning in situations of uncertainty, innovative development, and interaction with the educational and scientific environment. Research methods include logical generalization, comparative and factor analysis, systems approach, and morphological modeling. Tasks of the research: to reveal the essence and evolution of the concept of economic security in the context of the functioning of economic systems at macro, meso, and micro levels; to assess problematic aspects of implementing international initiatives to counter aggressive tax planning, particularly in the areas of fiscal regulation and transfer pricing transparency; to explore ecological innovations for industrial enterprises and characterize their role in ensuring resource efficiency and compliance with the principles of sustainable development. The conceptual foundations and tools of controlling are generalized as a systemic mechanism of strategic enterprise management under conditions of uncertainty and global risks. The theoretical aspects of the transformation of rural areas are characterized, considering socio-economic, ecological, and demographic changes occurring under urbanization and climate change.
