On the basis of complex pharmaco-technological, biopharmaceutical, physical and chemical, rheologic and biological researches the optimal compositions and manufacturing technology of semisolid pharmacotherapeutic medications with vinpocetine and captopril - rectal suppositories and nasal ointments (gel and cream) for therapy of hypertension II - III stages with cardio and cerebrovascular complications have been developed. Scientifically based technological schemes for the production of applicative medications with vinpocetine and captopril have been developed, control parameters of the technological process have been established. Convenient technology of extemporal production of applicative dosage forms with vinpocetine and captopril in the pharmacies have been scientifically based. On a model of acute cerebral circulation by type of ischemic stroke, the pronounced neuroprotective activity of rectal suppositories and nasal cream with vinpocetine was experimentally confirmed and detected, that the effectiveness of data therapy with applicative dosage forms is significantly higher than that compared to oral tablets. On the doxorubicin model of chronic heart failure, the pronounced cardioprotective activity of rectal suppositories and nasal gel with captopril was experimentally confirmed and detected, that the effectiveness of data therapy with applicative dosage forms is significantly higher than that compared to oral tablets.
