Subject of the study: dynamics of laboratory indicators of biological media in patients with urolithiasis, state of uric acid metabolism, crystallization inhibitors, indicators of excretion of stone-forming compounds, indicators of metabolic disorders in patients with urate nephrolithiasis in metabolic syndrome and methods of their correction. Purpose of the study: to establish the state of laboratory indicators of biological media in patients with urolithiasis comorbid with metabolic syndrome, impairment of the passage of urine through the urinary tract and traumatic kidney injury. Methods and design of the study: general clinical, biochemical, ultrasound examination, X-ray examination, computed tomography, Dopplerography, enzyme immunoassay of blood and urine, bacteriological examination of urine. 183 studies of patients with urate nephrolithiasis comorbid with metabolic syndrome, 105 patients with traumatic kidney injury and 130 patients with urinary tract obstruction were conducted.
