The object of the study is GIS for mine protection. The subject of the study is to increase the efficiency of GIS for mine protection by automating the mathematical processing of measurement results. The goal of the research work is to ensure the possibility of a quick assessment of the situation in the direction of mine protection. Achieving the set goal involves solving the following tasks: selecting means of detecting physical objects on the seabed, on the basis of which it is possible to obtain a detailed digital map of the seabed relief; developing algorithms for automatic comparison, using mathematical modeling methods, of the current and previous digital maps of the seabed relief and detecting objects that correspond in size to the sizes of existing bottom and anchor mines. The relevance of the study lies in the implementation of the need for situational awareness in the underwater domain (space). The novelty of the study. The fundamental significance of the research lies in the development of an algorithm for searching for mine-like objects within the framework of marine geodesy, which, unlike hydrography, is based on a fixed coordinate reference system. This revolutionary step provides additional receipt of direct three-dimensional coordinate data from GPS, which include height measurements. The practical significance is realized by the development of the Navy's capabilities by transforming the existing mine-hunting system (in analog mode) into a geographic information system (GIS) of mine threat situational awareness (in digitized mode) in order to ensure a rapid assessment of the operational situation. It is proposed to use multibeam echo sounders and lidars. Scope of application - increasing the effectiveness of mine action by involving a cartographic geographic information system. The significance of the work - fundamental research work with applied solutions in the field of mine. Product Description popup.authors Kapochkin Borys B. Kapochkina Marharyta B. Kuzmenko Vitalii V.
