The country needs typical planning solutions and constructive systems of universal purpose. During new construction and reconstruction, civil defense structures must be multifunctional and integrated into the public environment. Steel-reinforced concrete systems can be effectively used as the main load-bearing structures of buildings and structures used during reconstruction after military operations. To increase the resource efficiency of structures, prestressing of their individual structural parts is proposed. Significantly simplifies the prestressing process of creating initial deformations from the self-weight of steel-reinforced concrete structures or their manufacturing technology without using energy-consuming methods. Prestressing of the structural parts of the combined section can be effectively applied to ensure the joint operation of the specified parts for the operational load.
