Head Domasevych Kostiantyn V., Доктор хімічних наук Registration Date 01-08-2025 Organization Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv popup.description1 Obtaining hybrid inorganic compounds based on polyoxometals, oxides (oxofluorides) and pyrazolates of metals, identifying patterns of their crystal structure, establishing physicochemical characteristics and properties as catalysts, determining their suitability for creating functional materials that can serve to solve energy problems. popup.description2 The relevance of the work is determined by the urgency of solving the issues of reducing the energy consumption of industrial organic synthesis due to modern high-performance catalysts, eliminating the existing shortcomings of homogeneous catalysts, as well as obtaining new knowledge in the field of synthesis of energy compounds suitable for creating dual-purpose materials, in particular energy polynitropyrazoles. The goal of the project is to obtain hybrid organo-inorganic compounds based on polyoxometalates, oxides (oxofluorides) and pyrazolates of metals, identify the regularities of their crystal structure, establish physicochemical characteristics and properties as catalysts, determine their suitability for creating functional materials that can serve to solve energy security problems. The idea of the project is to achieve the desired physicochemical and functional characteristics of materials in a rational way: 1) covalent modification of oxide surfaces and increasing the density of the combination of constituent organo-inorganic structures by embedding organic bridges commensurate with oxide bridges into typical inorganic motifs; 2) modification of oxide and polyoxometalate surfaces through multiple non-covalent interactions acting in synergy. The working hypothesis is that the developed surfaces of layered oxides and nanosized oxide particles will be sterically and functionally suitable for covalent immobilization of organic ligands by forming coordination bonds with pyrazolates or 1,2,4-triazoles as double N-donors, and the combined oxide-organic bonding will ensure the achievement of the desired technological characteristics in terms of chemical and thermal stability. The subject of research is the design of the structure of organo-inorganic compounds, crystal and molecular structure, nature and energetics of intermolecular interactions, physicochemical and functional properties in the processes of catalysis and energy conversion.  Product Description popup.authors Lysenko Andrii B.
