 The report on research work develops a scientific and methodological apparatus for the development of innovative (critical) technologies and methodological recommendations for the implementation of a new methodology for the development of innovative (critical) technologies, which allow to increase the efficiency of decision-making on the development and implementation of innovative (critical) technologies in the defense industry of Ukraine in the process of development and production of new (modernized) Armaments and Military Equipment (AME), and the creation of conditions for the most effective use of financial resources allocated for technical support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The developed scientific and methodological apparatus and recommendations are proposed to be used by structural units and institutions of state customers and executors of defense orders for the development, production, modernization of weapons and military equipment at enterprises of the domestic defense-industrial complex, when justifying their decisions on options for creating AME and forming projects of state development programs.
