The subject of the study is the system of moral and psychological support of the educational process in the National Academy of Public Administration of Ukraine. In the research work, a theoretical generalization was made and a topical task was solved regarding the development of a system of moral and psychological support of the educational process in the National Agency for State Education and Training of Ukraine; recommendations were developed regarding the forms and methods of conducting measures for moral and psychological support of the educational process in the National Agency for State Education and Training of Ukraine, which correspond to the guiding documents of the National Agency for State Education and Training of Ukraine. The theoretical foundations of the moral and psychological support of the educational process in the National Academy of Public Administration of Ukraine, in particular the concept of the collective as a subject of educational activity, self-education of the individual, legal foundations and the current state of the organization of moral and psychological support of the educational process in the National Academy of Public Administration of Ukraine, were investigated. The theoretical and methodological foundations and the current state of psychological support for the educational process in the National Academy of Military Education and Training of Ukraine, the features of suicide prevention, moral and psychological support for military discipline and prevention of offenses were studied. The essence and features of national-patriotic education of future border guard officers in the educational process have been clarified.
