The research identifies theoretical, legislative, and law enforcement challenges in combating the activities of criminal influence subjects and organized criminal groups. It provides recommendations for judicial and law enforcement agencies on applying the provisions of Articles 28, 255, 255-1, 255-2, and 255-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as proposals for improving criminal legislation in this area. A draft law «On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine to Improve the Grounds for Criminal Liability of Criminal Influence Subjects and Criminal Communities in Ukraine» has been developed.
