For this process it is necessary to carry out the optimal selection of therapeutic methods of rehabilitation (thermotherapy, chemotherapy, tissue culture or a combination thereof). The social significance of the planned research is to improve product quality through appropriate control, which will allow to obtain and supply to the food market environmentally friendly products (without the use of chemical agents). popup.description2  The object of research is the pathogens of viral, phytoplasma diseases and bacterial cancer of grapes, the spread, and rehabilitation of valuable grape varieties and clones using the method of water thermotherapy. The goal of the stage is to study the spread of viral, bacterial and phytoplasma diseases of grapes in grape plantations in southern Ukraine, to improve methods for their diagnosis and identification of pathogens to obtain high-quality certified planting material of domestic production, to create a system for rehabilitation of valuable varieties and clones that were affected by viruses, pathogens of bacterial cancer and phytoplasma diseases. Research methods are phytopathological, microbiological, serological, molecular biological, biochemical studies, mathematical and statistical methods for assessing the reliability of the experimental results obtained. As a result of the 2023 stage of the R&D, an annual analysis of the phytosanitary condition of grape plantations in the Odessa region was conducted regarding the incidence of viral, bacterial and phytoplasma diseases and the dynamics of the spread of these diseases were analyzed. It was established that the incidence of plants with viral, bacterial and phytoplasma diseases has an increasing trend compared to previous years. As a result of a visual inspection of grape plantations of grape varieties of LLC "Agrofirma Shabo", SE DH "named after O. V. Suvorov", SE DH "Tairovske" and the clonal research and selection sites of the NSC IViV named after V. E. Tairov" NAAS of Ukraine, varieties and clones of grape plants were identified that had symptoms of infection with viral, phytoplasma diseases and bacterial cancer. After confirming their infection, vines were cured using the method of thermotherapy. Product Description popup.authors Konup Anastasiia I. Konup Liudmyla O. Nikolaieva Nataliia I.
