The object of the study is the quality of technical grape varieties (sugar content and concentration of titratable acid) under different weather and climatic conditions. The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for analyzing the influence of weather and climatic conditions on the quality of the grape harvest using the example of three technical varieties of different terms of maturity based on the systematization of common models and substantiation of indicators of weather and climatic conditions. Research methods are analytical, field, laboratory, methods of mathematical statistics. The task included conducting a bibliographic search for common studies of the influence of weather and climatic conditions on the formation of grape harvest quality and systematizing models of grape harvest quality formation according to weather and climatic conditions. Based on the conducted studies, it was proposed to assess the influence of weather and climatic conditions on the formation of grape harvest quality, primarily indicators of light, heat and moisture resources, which differ in daily rhythm. The main indicators of light, heat and moisture resources include the duration of sunlight (SS), the sum of total (Q) and photosynthetically active radiation (ΣQф), the sum of average daily (ΣTc), daytime (ΣTdn) and nighttime (ΣTn) air temperatures, the difference between the sums of daytime and nighttime temperatures (Δ(ΣTdn-ΣTn)), the amount of precipitation (O), the sum of air saturation deficits with water vapor (Σd), soil moisture reserves at the beginning (Wп) and end (Wк) of the period, potential (Eo) and actual (E) moisture consumption and moisture availability (V).
