The established trends of global and regional climate change require immediate studies of the expected variability in the grape harvests quality in some natural zones of Ukraine by 2050. The aim of the project is to study the impact of weather and climatic conditions on the quality of grape harvests in natural zones of Ukraine under climate change by 2050. The research will be aimed at establishing agroclimatic indicators, that determine the formation of grape harvest quality, their dynamics and trends under climate change in different natural zones of Ukraine, and dynamics and trends of grape harvest quality until 2050. popup.description2  The object of research is the sugar content and titrated acid concentration in the juice of grapes of the Muscat Odessa, Sukholimansky white and Odessa black grape varieties in different natural zones of Ukraine. The purpose of the research was to model the formation of the quality of the harvest of the Muscat Odessa, Sukholimansky white and Odessa black grape varieties under the influence of weather and climatic conditions in different natural zones of Ukraine. Research methods are methods of agroclimatic calculations and generalizations, field experiments, laboratory experiments, methods of correlation and regression analysis and modeling. Research results. Regularities and features of the dynamics of the sugar content and titrated acid concentration in the juice of berries for the period from the filling of berries to the technical ripeness of the grapes of the studied varieties over the years of the field experiment, as well as the values of the indicators of heat and moisture resources; the closeness of the relationship between these indicators was established and the regression equation was compiled; the coefficients of the influence of the indicators of heat and moisture resources on the values of grape harvest quality were determined; the values of the indicators of heat and moisture resources were established for the period from the filling of berries to the technical ripeness of each of the studied varieties in the natural zones of Ukraine for different years of the current period, in retrospect and until 2050 under the climate change scenarios A1B and A2; the modeling of the formation of grape harvest quality for each of the 5 studied varieties in the natural zones of Ukraine for the specified climatic periods was carried out. Keywords: modeling, grape harvest quality, varieties Muscat Odessa, Sukholymansky white, Odessa black, weather and climatic conditions, natural zones of Ukraine.
