It is planned to study the peculiarities of the use of this technology by credit institutions for the organization of their activities to customize their services, improving the quality of their provisions. Special attention will be paid to the issue of using artificial intelligence in the activities of state institutions to ensure the effectiveness of the established model of prudential supervision of credit institutions in Ukraine. At the same time, the focus of research will be on the issue of finding new directions for active development of these institutions based on the use of the advantages of modern digital technologies and on the condition of maintaining stable operation of these institutions in a complex and dissipative macroeconomic environment. It is also planned to carry out the study of positive and negative aspects of the use of the artificial intelligence technology for the functioning of certain types of credit institutions and for the credit system of the country in general.
