Based on a deep analysis of recent research on the selected topic, it was determined that the logistics operations of the border region are a complex system of mutually coordinated actions and processes aimed at optimizing the time and financial costs of moving and storing all types of resources from the source to the end consumer, while complying with security requirements and taking into account all risks in the frontline and close to the aggressor country territories. The features caused by the challenges and threats caused by the war were analyzed. Based on analytical and statistical data in the field of logistics and transport, trends and problems in the development of the logistics sector were identified. Also, on this basis, the existing vulnerabilities and weaknesses of the domestic logistics system, caused by the realities of wartime, which pose a particular danger to the national economy, have been identified. Key factors influencing the level of national security within the framework of the functioning of transport and logistics systems of border regions have been formed. Conceptual approach to managing logistics operations, in particular in border regions in conditions of armed conflicts, has been proposed, taking into account the works of leading scientists in this field. It has been concluded that in modern conditions of martial law, forecasting logistics needs and risks remains an extremely important issue, as the basis for resource provision for the accelerated restoration of affected territories and support for the country's defense capability, which is the basis of national security.
