Object of research: anaerobic microbiological fermentation processes in biogas plants and processes of biogas purification from foreign compounds. Subject of research: mathematical and software tools for modelling and controlling processes in biogas plants and, on this basis, creating a prototype biogas plant with increased efficiency. During the reporting stage of the project, an analysis of biochemical processes in biogas plants was carried out. An information database of measurements was created, containing the values of technological parameters (temperature, pressure, raw material composition) and output characteristics (biogas yield, methane concentration, degree of purification). The developed information database of measurements was integrated with data analysis software for further monitoring and optimisation of the operation of biogas plants. A two-stage method for identifying a mathematical model of the dynamics of the acidity index of the substrate in a bioreactor was proposed and substantiated. based on the analysis of interval data, which is based on solving a simpler problem of identifying the equation of the relationship between the main characteristic of the process and the factors that influence it, and on this basis, in the second stage, identifying the mathematical model of the dynamics of this indicator in the bioreactor.
