The purpose of scientific research: to determine the level of manifestation of the main indicators of adaptability, productivity and product quality of the introduced experimental varieties in the conditions of the 2023 vegetation period. The adverse conditions of the 2023 vegetation period allowed to identify highly adaptive varieties. Thus, the table varieties Princess, Velica, Vostorg with (85-81%) and Muscat Donetsk and the control Rubin Tairov (81-86% of living buds) stand out in terms of winter hardiness. Under the conditions of the 2023 vegetation period, the variety Evgenia stands out in terms of pathogen resistance (8 b). On average, over three years of research (2021-2023), the following table varieties stand out in terms of their resistance to common mildew and oidium pathogens: Amandin, Evgeniya, Carbonado, Tair, and the technical control varieties Rubin Tairovsky and Muscat Odessa. High (14-16 t/ha) yields were noted in the varieties Evgeniya, Vostorg, and Tair. The varieties Rochefort, Kishmysh Tairovsky (control) and Tair (control) stood out with high product quality indicators among the table varieties. According to the complex of economic and valuable traits, the Rochefort variety was recognized as the most promising in the conditions of 2023 - it stands out for its adaptive characteristics and combination of high yield with marketability and tasting qualities of the crop. It is recommended for inclusion in the further selection process according to the complex of traits of selection interest. Research continues, deviations of growing conditions from optimal for the grape plant allow objectively assessing the level of ecological plasticity and stability of the variety. At the moment, a methodology for studying ecological plasticity of grapes is being developed and tested specifically for grape culture using existing developments based on methods of S.A.
