Special attention was given to developing mechanisms for preserving human capital through the "Science-Education-Innovative Entrepreneurship" concept. A series of surveys were carried out, addressing issues of academic staff's research activity, migration processes, professional burnout, and mental health. Collected data identified key challenges such as limited access to infrastructure, dispersion of academics and students, and socio-economic consequences of the war. Data analysis utilized STATA software, enabling mathematical interpretation of the results. The findings provided a foundation for recommendations to preserve the capacity for training specialists in high-tech fields and establish crisis management mechanisms for universities. This work contributes significantly to the development of strategies for post-war rehabilitation and the advancement of science and education in Ukraine.
