It was established that simulation technologies are an important tool for improving the practical training of future doctors. Hygienic studies revealed comfortable microclimatic conditions in the warm season and the need to improve the heating system to ensure an optimal environment in the cold season. The organization of the educational process in the center takes into account the requirements for the work regime and factors that contribute to the preservation of the health of participants. Special attention was paid to the study of the psycho-emotional state of students and teachers in conditions of blended learning. It was proven that full-time students demonstrate a higher level of resilience compared to those who study remotely, although the difference is not statistically significant. Signs of professional burnout among teachers were identified, which emphasizes the relevance of introducing psycho-emotional support programs. The results of the study confirm that elements of psychological support during simulation training contribute to reducing stress levels and increasing the effectiveness of the educational process. The results obtained can be used to improve approaches to organizing simulation training in medical higher education institutions of Ukraine. Product Description popup.authors Volkova Yuliia V.
