Such transformation includes the integration of the principles of sustainable development, transparency of the land market and protection of property rights. An important condition is the strengthening of the institutional capacity of state bodies and the adaptation of land resources management mechanisms to modern European standards. The feasibility of applying the concepts of sustainable management, market regulation, ecosystem approach, green economy and precision agriculture is substantiated. Such theoretical foundations should be laid in the regulatory and legal field through the introduction of a system of monitoring, reporting and assessment of the effectiveness of national norms from the standpoint of compliance with EU requirements. The application of a comparative analysis of the experience of EU member states allows identifying optimal management models and adapting them to Ukrainian realities. The main challenges of European integration in the field of land relations relate to the opening of the land market, support for small farmers and improvement of economic mechanisms in agriculture. The implementation of the EU Common Agricultural Policy, in particular the GAEC requirements, is a prerequisite for increasing management efficiency and achieving a balance between productivity, environmental protection and social stability.
